From a tiny net loft in Newlyn, to a workshop surrounded by nature and now, over 20 years later, to a modern, shiny studio in the middle of Penzance. It’s safe to say 2025 has started with a lot of exciting changes.

Our new studio is a quite a bit smaller than the old one and the move has enabled us to have a massive de-clutter. Turns out we’d accumulated a lot over our 14 year tenancy.

So, we had our marvellous moving sale which sold out in less than 24 hours! We were thrilled with how well it went and the customers lucky enough to grab something were happy too.

We then had our studio sale, selling off what remained of the furniture, displays, vintage bits, threads, fabrics and frames. It was like a colourful car boot sale. We had a queue out the door of old friends and loyal followers and we raised over £600 for Cornwall Wildlife Trust.

After the excitement of the move, we are getting used to our new home. The brand-new Pixel building in Penzance was created specifically for creative business with over 30 studios and shared spaces. Our new workspace can be found on the top floor with beautiful views over Penzance.

It's been great to meet other creatives, we have architects, writers and animators on our floor and have Penzance's fab local businesses on our doorstep. Here’s to a new and exciting chapter!
