Shipping costs

Free shipping is offered on all UK orders over £30. All orders below £30 are subject to a £3.95 shipping fee. Overseas orders are charged at a flat rate of £9 for Europe and £13 worldwide.

Delivery times

If you need your order for a special occasion or a certain date please let us know by email on hello@poppytreffry.co.uk or phone on 01736 369247/01736 795494 and we will always see if we can make it happen!

We aim to send all orders out within 5 working days of receipt. However at busy times it can take us a little bit longer. 

Orders under £30 are sent by first class delivery with the Royal Mail and should reach you in 1-3 days from dispatch (not guaranteed). All orders over £30 are sent by "Recorded Delivery" with the Royal Mail and will require a signature. They should take 1-3 days from dispatch (not guaranteed) to reach you.

Overseas orders under £30 are sent by airmail and should take 3-5 days from dispatch for Europe and 5-7 days from dispatch for the rest of the world. Overseas orders over £30 are sent by "International Signed for" with the Royal Mail, they will require a signature and should take 3-5 days for Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world. 

Tracking numbers available upon request. If you require next day delivery this may be possible but you will need to order by phone on 01736 795494 or 01736 369247. Next day delivery will be charged at a flat rate of £7.95, UK only. Not possible for Saturday delivery.

Made to order products are designed, hand cut, prepared and sewn by our little team in Cornwall and so delivery may take 2-3 weeks. Please contact us on 01736 369247 or email hello@poppytreffry.co.uk prior to ordering if you require your order for a special occasion and we will see what we can do.

Personalised pictures will be delivered by Royal Mail Signed For or courier within 15 working days but we cannot guarantee this. Please contact us if you need your picture sooner and we'll see what we can do.  A tracking reference is available upon request.  For further terms and conditions for personalised pictures; please go to our T&Cs page

 

Please note:

We are unable to ship the following outside of the UK

• cushions with pads
• scented candles
• framed pictures

Items lost in transit

Orders sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date. Tracking information is available upon request.
