All orders are sent with the Royal Mail and should reach you in 2-5 days from dispatch (not guaranteed).

Overseas orders are sent by airmail, signed for where possible, and should take 3-5 days from dispatch for Europe and 5-7 days from dispatch for the rest of the world. 

Tracking numbers available upon request.

Made to order products are designed, hand cut, prepared and sewn by our little team in Cornwall and so delivery may take 2-3 weeks.

*VAT and duty on overseas orders

We do not charge VAT on EU or the rest of the world orders. You may have to pay import duties and VAT when your parcel arrives.

We are unable to ship the following outside of the UK

• cushions with pads
• mugs
• framed pictures

Items lost in transit

In accordance with Royal Mail terms, deliveries are not considered lost/missing until 15 working days after the sending date which is when we are able to escalate the case.
