Bag Club is the new Embroidery Club! Inspired by club members who have taken part in several clubs, Bag Club will be more in depth, feature more freehand embroidery and slightly more complex construction techniques (but nothing too scary – I promise!)
The club will consist of three gorgeous and unique bag projects set over six weeks. There will be live sessions with Poppy every week and support and sharing through the Bag Club Facebook group.
Poppy will be working on the embroidery elements of the projects during March and April, getting out and about with her sketchbook as the days get longer to create brand new designs especially for the club.
Projects will be a great opportunity for past members to showcase their free motion skills, but the videos, instructions and group support means the projects are definitely achievable to new members so do come and join us!
Poppy has selected some beautiful fabrics for the materials packs which will contain all the things you need to complete each bag, including the fiddly fixtures and fittings, webbings, and linings. But don’t worry if you purchase online only, you’ll be given a full list of what you need and there’s always a way round if you can’t find a particular component.

The first project will start on the 14th of May (I know, I know it’s a wait, but it will come round in no time!) Once you have purchased your membership you will be added to our extra special mailing list, ready to receive your project tutorials which will come by email every other Saturday. The email will contain links to how-to videos, instruction sheets and templates.
