Christmas windows of St Ives
We are very proud to be taking part in the St Ives Christmas Window display competition...
Every year all the shops battle it out to win the shield for the best Christmas display and over 50 shops have taken part this year. St Ives is a great place for a spot of Christmas shopping with its eclectic mix of quirky individual shops, you're bound to leave with lots of bags! This year all the long stay car parks are offering all day parking for just £2. It would be rude not to take advantage of this and pay St Ives a visit. Make sure you pop along to our shop on Fore street for some last minute gifts and see our lovely Christmas Window.
If you can't make it to St Ives for a spot of Christmas shopping then you won't get to see our beautiful window, but becuase we're nice and don't want you to miss out we thought we'd share it with you! We've got our Christmas tea cosy, hanging stockings and donkey goodies on show and centre stage is a little scene with our nativity egg cosies and an array of badges, amidst delicate doilies!
If you'd like to vote for our window then you can do so by either emailing; enquiries@stiveschamber.co.uk or visiting the St Ives in December facebook page and leaving a message or tweeting your vote to @StIvesInDecember and you can find out more info here. We'd love to win the sheild this year, so would appreciate your vote. Here are a few of the other Christmas window displays throughout St Ives
A wintery wonderland from Hudson Art
A snowy nativity scene from the Glass Tree, who were the winners last year.
A snuggly cosy winter scene from Fat Face
